Lhabab Duchen or Tushita day at Jamyang Buddhist Centre

TCB urges Tibetans to observe this pious day and attend  an evening prayer session led by Ven Geshe Tenzin Namdak on this the last of the four big holy days in the traditional Tibetan lunar year. On this day we celebrate the Buddha’s ascent to Tushita to teach the goddess who was the rebirth of Maya, his birth mother and his return to our world at Sankasia in Northern India.
