Tibetan Community UK is a non-governmental and community-based organisation. Its affairs are run by a democratically elected Council. Currently, the seven-member Council, who serve a two-year term in the office on pro bono, organises cultural and socio-political events for members and friends of Tibet. We also work with UK-based Tibet-related organisations, Buddhist centres as well as Tibetan Communities (currently across 15 countries) across Europe. We also support and work towards creating a greater awareness on ongoing Communist China’s political repression and human rights abuses in Tibet. Your support will enable the Tibetan Community to be more pro active and a stronger voice for Tibetans in Tibet!
