December 10th  marks the International Human Rights Day. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 10th 1948, was the result of the experience of the second world war. It is considered a milestone document in the history of human rights. Losar or Tibetian New Year 2020


The actual first day of Tibetan New Year fall on 24thFebruary 2020. Losar is the most celebrated Tibetan festival. Tibetan calendar is 127 year before Georgian calendar so it will be Tibetan year of 2146. The element will be iron and animal will be rat and gender will be male for Tibetan Year 2146 .
