A Public Talk by Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay
Sunday, 1 February 2015 from 3.30pm to 6pm
The Tibetan Community in Britain are very delighted to host a special public talk by Sikyong Dr Lobsang Sangay, Tibetan Political Leader, for community members. This is only the second visit to London by the Sikyong since taking over the political leadership of Dharamsala-based Tibetan Government-in-exile.
This is an ideal opportunity for Tibetan members to raise various issues directly to the Sikyong, who is expected to re-stand in the 2016 Sikyong Election.
A free event with limited seating! Admission will be on a first come first serve basis. Please spread the word however you can. And please allow plenty of time to reach the venue.
Venue: Khalili Lecture Theatre, School of Oriental & African Studies (SOAS), University of London, Thornhaugh Street, Russell Square, London WC1H 0XG
(Nearest stations – Russell Square and Euston)
