Joint event of Office of Tibet London  and Tibetan Community  in Britain to celebrate the honouring of the British Empire Medal to Serme Khenchen Geshe Tashi Tsering Rinpoche chog.  It is a day after Venerable Khenchen Rinpoche has received BEM from the Queen.
