Dear Members & Friends,
It is with great regret and sadness that we have to inform you that unfortunately Sikyong, Dr Lobsang Sangay, had to cancel his UK visit this time. This is due to circumstances beyond our control.
However, as Sikyong would have wanted, the Benefit Dinner will still go ahead: we have arranged an alternative Special Guest, not to mention a string of talented musicians and performers. We are sure you will appreciate that we have already booked the Dinner and that — at this very short notice — we are unable to cancel this fund raising event. We very much hope that you will come and enjoy the evening with your friends and we eagerly look forward to seeing you all.
Obviously, the public talk at SOAS and the reception at the airport and the hotel is now cancelled.
